Yuri Shibuya is a regular highschool student, until he steps in to save a classmate from a group of bullies. As punishment for his interference, he is dragged into a women's restroom and is forced headfirst into a toilet.
Strangely though, the toilet opens into a black hole that sucks him into another world. Suddenly, he is in what he at first believes is a european themed park, but later discovers is an entirely different world.
If that wasn't enough, he finds out that he is actually a long lost ruler with a difficult task ahead of him.
