A terrible disaster hit the earth in the 1990s and the earth shuddered. 300 years from that day Japan, like the rest of the world, has changed immensely. Parts of Japan have turned into barren deserts where others have filled with strange animals. In the desert town of Hyakko Village, a savoir is born. Tatara has been part of a prophecy to be a savoir and return Japan from the darkness. However, The Red King also hears of this prophecy and will do anything to stop Tatara from fulfilling his destiny.
